On May 14, Baoxin technology signed a strategic cooperation agreement with State Grid Hunan Electric Vehicle Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as state grid electric vehicle) and Jinmao smart energy technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jinmao smart) in Changsha, Hunan. Zuo Yue, President of Baoxin technology group, Zhu Shengkai, general manager of State Grid electric vehicles, and Wang Yufeng, deputy general manager of Jin Maozhi attended the signing ceremony. Leaders of the former State Grid Corporation and the former Datang Anhui branch attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.

According to the agreement, based on the principle of "mutual benefit, friendly cooperation, common development and common benefit", the three parties reached an agreement on strategic cooperation in the fields of power exchange energy services, energy storage and peak shaving, invested, constructed and operated clean energy system with "zero carbon construction" as the core, and jointly explored the smart energy and transportation market focusing on Hunan Province and covering the five southern provinces.

After the strategic cooperation is reached, the three parties will actively use their own industrial resources to carry out all-round and multi-level cross-border cooperation, cooperate with each other, share information, expand the green consumption market of power terminals, and contribute to the development of new energy industry and the ecological construction of charging services.
